Printing in Adjust Standard Costs

1. Once you have entered all of the required information and made the necessary changes within the Adjust Standard Costs window, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

2. Before printing the report, the system will prompt you to enter a desired tolerance percentage. This allows you to narrow the scope of the printed list to items within the tolerance specified.

The following information will display:

• Grp – The item group
• Item – The name of the item
• UN – The stocking unit of measure
• Actual – The actual cost of the item
• PO – The last purchase order cost
• STD – The old standard costA standard cost is a user defined/assigned fixed cost for an item
• New Standard – The new standard cost of the item, based on the changes entered or default cost selected
• Difference – The per unit difference between the old and new standard
• % – The percentage change from the old standard cost to the new standard cost
• Corp ID – The corporate ID assigned to the item.
